These terms of sale govern the relationship between Nulu Kids OÜ (registry code 17072038, address Lennuki 8-48, Rakvere, Estonia; hereinafter “Nulu”) and the customer making a purchase through the website nulu.ee (hereinafter “Customer”).

1. General provisions

By purchasing from the nulu.ee webshop, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of sale. These terms apply to all sales contracts concluded via nulu.ee.

2. Prices and payment

All prices shown in the webshop include VAT. Nulu reserves the right to change prices at any time, but this does not affect the price of already confirmed orders. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Placing an order

By placing an order, the Customer confirms the accuracy of the order contents and delivery details. Nulu will send an order confirmation to the Customer’s email address.

4. Delivery

Nulu products are handmade and produced in Spain, often only after the order has been placed. For this reason, delivery takes place on the date shown with the order and may take up to 14 days. Orders are delivered to Estonia and other countries in accordance with the delivery terms shown in the webshop. A delivery fee, which varies depending on the destination, is added to the order, unless the order total exceeds the free-delivery threshold shown in the webshop.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. For details on exercising the right of withdrawal, the return process, and exceptions (e.g. hygiene products), please see our returns page.

6. Submitting complaints

If a purchased product has a defect, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint within two years of receiving the product, notifying us of the defect within a reasonable time of discovering it. To submit a complaint, contact us at: hello@nulu.ee. Nulu will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

7. Limitation of liability

Nulu is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow care instructions. Nulu’s liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes between the Customer and Nulu will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) or the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

9. Final provisions

Nulu reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms of sale. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
