If something didn’t work out, that’s completely okay. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to return an item?

  1. Fill out the withdrawal form below or write to us at hello@nulu.ee.
  2. We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as possible that we’ve received your withdrawal request. The confirmation will include the details of your request, the date it was submitted, and the return address in Spain.
  3. Send the item back to us in Spain within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Once the item reaches us unused and in its original condition, we’ll refund you (including the €4.90 delivery fee) within 14 days of the day we receive the returned item or you provide proof that you’ve sent it back.

When does the right of withdrawal not apply?

For some products, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once the packaging has been opened, if the product is sealed for health or hygiene reasons. This applies, for example, to potty training pants, training pants, and other products that come into contact with intimate areas. If the sealed packaging of such a product has been opened, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to:

  • Products made or personalized to your specifications.
